Our online event registration system, Reg.istrations.com is an online web based application that’s quick, user friendly, easy to use.
To start with you can style your event using customised header and footer graphics. Or for the more advanced, use your own CSS (cascading style sheet) designs to give you complete control and flexibility over your registration site. YouTube videos can be displayed on the event landing page, or we can load up to 30 images and logos into an image gallery.
Reg.istrations also integrates with our FREE accommodation booking service so after delegates have registered for the event they can book a conference hotel at the same time.
The registration process is tailored to the needs of your event. We’ll work with you to set up the best way to work with your delegates online. The process can vary from a simple delegate data capture form to a fully customised system that includes all elements of your conference. Popular requests include:

- which keynote speeches they will be attending
- social programme selection
- accompanying person programmes
- the system also offers flexible charging systems for itinerary add-ons such as gala dinners, social tours and other activities
