The questions in the form below have been constructed on the assumption that you are travelling to Nottingham train station. If you are not travelling to or from Nottingham train station but your reason for travel relates to a Nottinghamshire event, please call 0115 962 8313 as your travel requirements may not be clear using the form below.

If you need more than one ticket and the journey details are exactly the same please tell us how many tickets you would like in the ‘is there anything else we should know that you think will help’ text box.

If you need more than one ticket and the journey details are different, please complete a new form for each new journey.

What happens after you’ve submitted the form below?

If the information you provide on the form below complies with East Midlands Trains conference and events terms and conditions we will take the following action:

  • we will email a PayPal invoice to you and post your train ticket(s) after we have received your payment.
  • we will email you an invoice so that you can pay by cheque. We will post your ticket(s) after the cheque has cleared in our bank.
  • if you are travelling to Nottingham train station from a non United Kingdom country we will: contact you to discuss postal/payment options to ensure you are happy with postal schedules and prices.
